You have to use and press space bar every time to change your running position and use Ctrl to change your color. As you have no control to stop or decrease the speed of your runner, so it's very important for you to press space bar to change the way and to avoid the obstacles by overcoming them, also to bypass the color door you have to change and get a same color as door.
