Easter Truck is another truck driving type transport game where you have to deliver certain numbers of Easter items to other end of the track to successfully complete the level and to qualify for the next level. In each level you have to kill certain number of dangerous zombies, once you shoot and kill all the zombies who are coming closer, you will then successfully complete the mission in that particular level. In middle of game, med packs and other items will drop, you have to shoot those items to better your performance.
