3D Extreme Rescue is new driving game. In this game, you have to drive your ambulance and compete with other ambulance driver in new racing competition. To drive and control your ambulance you have to use your arrow keys and make sure you have good speed to defeat your opponents and cross the finish line on top position. Perform drifts to fill your nitro meter and to do so press Z key while taking turns and tap X key to activate nitro. There are three game modes, select your game mode and choose difficulty mode to start the racing fun. Try to complete all levels and win the game.

The goal is to kill all of the enemies on the screen while collecting a star in each level to complete the game.
