Figure out about jumping on right ramps because sometimes it looks like the ramp are in same direction but it might be in bit aside. As game progress the advanced levels will have a harder challenges, so try to clear all levels and enjoy the game.

Follow the green arrow sign and reach the marked place to park your police car, make sure you won't collide with other police cars, if you did then you are fired. Try to drive and park your police car before time's up.
