Driving carefully is an essential component in the game, because the roads are rough and there are way too many obstacles on the way, you have to avoid getting touched to any of those things. There are other vehicles that are passing through rough road, so don't hit them, if you did then your car health will be damaged. Clear series of interesting levels and have fun.
